Who is mediaFORGE
mediaFORGE is a remarketing/retargeting tool for advertisers that collects anonymous usage data from visitors and users. The information we gather is completely anonymous. mediaFORGE uses the information to display targeted advertisements to Internet users. mediaFORGE does not provide any personal information to our advertisers when consumers interact with or view mediaFORGE ads. mediaFORGE may combine usage information with information we obtain from clients/advertisers, network partners, and/or other companies. mediaFORGE abides by the self-regulatory standards established by IAB.

Who is mediaFORGE

Information Gathering
mediaFORGE collects anonymous information through the use of cookies and pixel tags, which are industry standard technologies used by many major web sites. No personally identifiable information is collected or used in this process.
Information Collected
When an Internet user views or interacts with mediaFORGE advertisements or a partner’s website we collect and store information about the interactions and usage. The information we collect relates to interaction behavior, including, but not limited to, products and offers viewed, in-ad browsing and searching, video content viewed, and other anonymous behavioral data. In order to gather such information as it relates to specific users, mediaFORGE and partners set and store browser cookies on the computer of each unique user.

Sensitive Information
Sensitive personal information includes information we know to be related to confidential medical information, racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality and tied to personal information. We will not collect or use sensitive information unless we have obtained your prior consent. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Neither mediaFORGE nor our Partners activities are intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.
Use of Anonymous Information
mediaFORGE uses the anonymous information it collects to customize the advertisements that consumers see on participating web sites and to analyze if the advertising resulted in sales. At times, we send our clients and partners the aggregated anonymous data for their use in determining which products and offers to display in their ads. The specific source of the data is not disclosed. Each member has warranted that the anonymous information they receive shall be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, mediaFORGE will also disclose this information in response to subpoenas, court orders and other required legal processes.
How Anonymous Information is Secured
We store this anonymous information securely at the mediaFORGE data center. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. This includes the necessary physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect data integrity, access and use.

How Long Anonymous Information is Stored
We store annymous information for no longer than 12 months. Targeting/advertising data may be stored for up to one year in a browser cookie. Data associated with click-throughs, ad-interactions, ad-engagements and other activities which may include but are not limited to referring url, pages viewed, browser type, IP addressand other anonymous information through web logs. This information may be used for the purpose of reporting ad analysis, usage and statistics. We Store web logs afor a maximum of 12 months.
Unforseen Circumstances
mediaFORGE may sell or buy other businesses or entities. In such transactions, the anonymous information we have collected from you may be one of the transferred business assets.
Right to Change This Policy
Right to Change This Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. While we expect most changes to be minor, there may be changes that are more significant. As such, we will state the date the policy was last updated. We encourage you to review our privacy policy on a regular basis.
Opt-Out
There are many programs that allow you to manually delete your cookies. In addition, mediaFORGE offers consumers the opportunity to select a persistent "blank" or "opt-out cookie" to prevent information from being uniquely associated with your browser. This way, you can opt-out of mediaFORGE cookies, without erasing or altering other cookies associated with your browser. If you do not want a unique cookie from mediaFORGE, there is a simple procedure to follow.
By selecting the opt-out cookie, mediaFORGE will not store information about your browser behavior given to us from our partners. Also note that if you choose to opt-out, mediaFORGE is unable to recognize your browser from one visit to the next, and you may see the same advertisement multiple times.
